A play's place can only get worse while a pp system runs, so the place shown is the one it reached the moment it arrived: when it was set, or when a rework re-priced everything in its favour. Plays osu! has dropped are here too, from what osu!track saw. These values are reconstructed, not osu!'s own. osu! does not publish what a play was worth in the past, so every historical figure here is recomputed from the map file under the pp system of the day, and lands within a few pp of the real number rather than on it.
